Prices, offers and discounts
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices, bundle savings, discount codes and promotional offers may have eligibility rules, minimum order values, usage limits or validity conditions shown with the relevant offer. A discount applies only when Shopify accepts it at cart or checkout. We may correct obvious pricing, listing or technical errors before fulfilment and will contact the customer if an order is affected.
Orders and availability
Orders are subject to stock, payment confirmation where applicable, delivery serviceability and successful order processing. Please provide complete and accurate contact, address and pincode details. All available bottle sizes and packs, including 250 ml Single, are eligible for delivery across India, subject to valid serviceable delivery pincodes and product availability.
Receiving an order confirmation does not require us to substitute an unavailable product. If we cannot fulfil an affected item, we will contact you and arrange the applicable cancellation, replacement or refund with your agreement and in accordance with our policies.
Payments, COD and shipping
Only payment methods shown at checkout are available for an order. Cash on Delivery, where offered, is subject to checkout eligibility, serviceability and any charge displayed before the order is placed. Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation, damaged or leaking parcel claims, incorrect-item claims, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Please do not send a parcel back unless we provide return instructions.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders or information, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law.
