Before placing an order

If you want to confirm whether a particular location, bottle size or pack suits your requirement, include the product name and the option you are considering. For delivery questions, also include your pincode. This helps us answer the actual purchase question instead of giving a generic response.

Help with an existing order

Include your order number and the email address or phone number used for the order. For address corrections, delivery delays or failed-delivery questions, contact us as soon as possible; changes after dispatch can depend on the courier.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect parcel

Contact us promptly and keep the bottle and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Where available, send clear photographs of the bottle, outer packaging and shipping label along with your order number. Do not return a parcel without receiving instructions first.
